Carbal Medical Centre and GP Connections work in partnership to deliver the Reproductive and Sexual Health Program. A Sexual and Reproductive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker is based at Carbal Medical Centre to facilitate this program but also delivers outreach services to the Toowoomba area as needed.

The outreach program includes schools and General Practices. This program is funded through Queensland Health.
